Calendar & events

The club calendar is your central control surface for time-based pricing, operational scheduling, and reporting. Calendar entries can be one-time or recurring.

Entry types

Pricing rules
Markup or discount percentages applied to rentals during a time window. Example: "Saturday 8 PM – 2 AM: +65% markup" as a recurring weekly event. Can target all rentals or specific rental types and tiers.
Closed periods
Marks time blocks as closed. No check-ins allowed. The system automatically excludes closed periods from utilization metrics and reporting — your numbers stay clean.
Named events
Recurring or one-time named time blocks — "Friday Night Rush," "New Year's Eve Party," "Pride Weekend." Revenue and visit data can be grouped and reported by event name.

Why named events matter

Named events aren't just labels — they're reporting dimensions. Tag a recurring Friday night as "Friday Night Rush" and you can answer questions like "How did Friday Rush perform this month vs. last month?" or "What's our average revenue per visit during Pride Weekend?"

Calendar rules interact directly with the pricing engine as Layer 2. When a pricing rule is active, it modifies the effective base price for every rental that falls within that window.

Set up your recurring pricing rules once and they'll apply automatically every week. You only need to touch the calendar for special events or seasonal adjustments.
