Tiers are how you structure your membership levels. Every member has a tier — from the default walk-in to your most valued VIP. Tiers control pricing, waitlist priority, and future feature access.
What each tier defines
Name & description
What the tier is called and what it means to the member
Price & duration
How much the membership costs and how long it lasts (in days)
Pricing discount
Percentage discount applied in Layer 4 of the pricing engine
Waitlist priority
Where this tier sits in the waitlist queue — drag-and-drop configurable
Club access
Which doors and areas this tier can open. If using recommended smart locks, tiers define physical access — a Default member might access common areas only, while VIP unlocks the premium floor
