Staffing / Scheduling
Scheduling
Create and manage staff schedules directly in the platform. Recurring shifts, availability windows, and a published weekly view that every staff member can see.
How scheduling works
Managers build the weekly schedule by creating shifts — a start time, end time, assigned staff member, and role. Shifts can be one-time or recurring (weekly repeats). Staff see their upcoming shifts in the app.
Recurring shifts
Set it once, it repeats every week. Change or cancel individual occurrences without affecting the series.
Swap requests
Staff can request to swap shifts with each other. Manager approves or denies. Both parties are notified.
Availability
Staff mark when they're available. Managers see availability when building the schedule — no more back-and-forth texts.
Published view
The finalized weekly schedule is visible to all staff. Everyone knows who's working when, on which role.
Schedule + access control
If the Restrict to scheduled hours setting is enabled, the schedule becomes an access gate. Staff can only open the app during their scheduled shift. Outside those hours, the app shows a locked screen with their next shift time. This is optional — many clubs prefer open access.
The schedule data feeds directly into labor forecasting. You can see projected labor cost for the week before the week even starts — and compare it to actual cost once timecards are in.
