Rentals & floor map

Rentals are the spaces your members use — rooms, lockers, and any configurable space. The floor map is how you see and manage them all.

Rental types

Clubs create their own rental types and configure behaviors for each. This keeps the system flexible across different club layouts and business models.

Each rental type can toggle:
Cleaning workflowAuto-create cleaning task on checkout
Maintenance trackingEnable staff-reported maintenance tasks
Pricing modelHourly rate or flat rate per visit
CapacitySingle occupant or multi-occupant
RentableAvailable for assignment (off for public spaces like lobbies and bathrooms — they use the same system but can't be assigned)

Maintenance can branch off from any status and returns to Available when resolved.

Floor map

The floor map is a visual, drag-and-drop canvas showing every rental in your club. Rooms are color-coded by status so you can see availability at a glance. Tag-based filtering and smart filters (rooms visited before, rooms never tried) help Hosts make quick assignments.

The floor map is also the universal room selector — the same component appears everywhere you need to pick a room: check-in, switch rental, task creation, maintenance reporting, and the cleaning queue.

One component, maintained once, always showing real-time status. Whether you're assigning a room at check-in or creating a maintenance task, you're looking at the same live floor map.
