Pricing / Discounts & tiers

Discounts & tiers

Two layers of the pricing engine reward your members: bulk discounts for longer stays, and tier discounts for loyalty.

3
Bulk / duration discounts

Reward members who stay longer. Configure thresholds — for example, 10% off for 4+ hours, 20% off for 8+ hours. The discount applies to the effective base price (after calendar rules).

This incentivizes longer visits which improve your revenue-per-turnover ratio. A member staying 8 hours at a discounted rate is more profitable than two 4-hour members when you factor in cleaning and turnover costs.

4
Tier membership discounts

Each membership tier can carry its own discount percentage. Default members pay full price. Gold might get 15% off. VIP might get 25% off. Configured in your membership tier settings and applied automatically at check-in.

Tier discounts compound on top of bulk discounts — a VIP member on a long stay gets both. The compounding math ensures margins stay healthy even with stacked discounts.

5
Member-specific adjustments

A manual override on a per-member basis. Use this sparingly — for special arrangements, loyalty rewards, or resolving disputes. Set by the Manager, visible in the member's profile.

Member-specific adjustments are the most powerful and most dangerous pricing tool. Every adjustment should have a documented reason. The system tracks who set it and when.
