Your first day

Here's what to expect when you log in for the first time and start using the system.

The App Drawer

After logging in, you'll see the App Drawer — a launch screen with tiles for each app you have access to. Which tiles you see depends on your role. A Host sees the Host App. A Manager sees everything.

The persistent home button in the corner always takes you back to the App Drawer from any app.

Shared devices

Tablets at the front desk are shared devices. Staff authenticate by tapping their NFC bracelet. When a different staff member taps their bracelet, the system auto-swaps to their session — no logout required.

The NFC overlay

Any time a member taps their bracelet on the tablet, regardless of what screen you're on, a modal overlay appears with their active visit and fast actions: Checkout, Buy, Add Time, Switch Rental. You never have to navigate away from what you're doing.
