Waitlist

When your club is full, the waitlist manages who gets the next available room. Priority is controlled by membership tier, and members can specify exactly what they're waiting for.

How it works

Club is full
Member joins waitlist
Room opens up
Member notified

What members can request

Specific room
"I want Room 204." The member waits until that exact room is available. Good for regulars who have a favorite.
Room type
"I want any private room." The member is offered the first available room matching that type.
Next available
"I'll take whatever opens up first." Fastest path off the waitlist.

Tier-based priority

Waitlist order is determined by membership tier, not first-come-first-served. Managers configure the priority order by dragging tiers in the settings — VIP might jump the line ahead of Default members.

Within the same tier, order is chronological — whoever joined the waitlist first gets priority.

Notifications

When a room becomes available, the member can be notified via SMS if they provided a phone number (optional). For members who opted into push notifications via the QR code at check-in, the notification comes through the browser — no phone number needed.

Walk-in queue vs. advance requests

The waitlist supports both scenarios. A member standing in your lobby waiting for a room and a member who called ahead to request a specific time slot use the same system. The Host adds them to the waitlist either way.

The waitlist is one of the few places where tier benefits are immediately visible to the member. A VIP who sees Default members waiting while they get called next understands the value of their tier in real time.
