Flags & enforcement

Flags are how the system handles problem members — from gentle warnings to permanent bans. The system enforces these automatically at check-in so your Hosts don't have to be the bad guy.

Ban
Hard block at check-in. No Host override — the system says no, period. Only reversible by a Manager. For members who should never return.
Suspension
Temporary block with an automatic expiration date. The system blocks check-in until the date passes, then the member can return. For incidents that need a cooling-off period.
Warning
Visible to the Host during check-in but does not block entry. A heads-up — "this member had an incident last time, keep an eye out." Hosts acknowledge and proceed.
Outstanding balance
Blocks next visit until the balance is settled. The member can't check in with money owed. Once paid, the flag clears automatically.
The system says no so your staff doesn't have to. Automatic enforcement removes confrontation from the front desk — the Host can empathize with the member while the system handles the hard line.
