Reporting / Dashboards

Dashboards

Every screen in the system has hero numbers — the most important metrics displayed prominently at the top. Dashboards show the "now" state of your club, not historical trends.

Dashboard philosophy

Dashboards answer one question: "What's happening right now?" Current occupancy, active visits, rooms in cleaning, revenue today. If you need date ranges and historical comparisons, that's what report pages are for. The dashboard is always live, always current.

Three rendering tiers

Empty state
No data yet. The dashboard shows helpful setup prompts and onboarding guidance instead of blank space.
Limited data
Some data exists but not enough for meaningful analysis. Numbers show with appropriate caveats — "Based on 3 visits" rather than presenting thin data as fact.
Full data
Enough history to show meaningful metrics. Hero numbers, sparklines, comparisons to previous periods. The dashboard at its best.

Status Board

The Status Board is a read-only display app designed for TVs and monitors throughout your club. During device provisioning, you choose which view the screen shows.
